Prestigious apartment with exclusive seaview, located in the heart of Ortigia and a few steps away from the Cathedral.



The apartment is situated on the first floor of a historical noble building which has been modernly renovated, yet keeping valuable pieces (such as wardrobes) and artworks. The entrance opens to a hallway leading to a corner kitchen, well-equipped and coming with a breakfast bar and tools, next to which there is a small toilet with laundry. The kitchen overlooks the living area, large and bright, with a dining area, a TV and sofas from where to enjoy an exclusive view over the great harbour and breathtaking sunsets all year round. From the living room, stepping up a staircase, guests can reach a mezzanine with a single sofa bed and a desk.

Back to the entrance, a corridor leads to the main bedroom with en suite bathroom, another bedroom with a queen size bed and a third bedroom with a double sofa bed which share a full bathroom with shower.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.



For relaxation and sea lovers, Eastern Sicily and the surroundings of Siracusa are the perfect choice. Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best equipped beaches worth of a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and to the unique white sand. Then, In the island of Ortigia there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 kms far away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped as a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Finally, our guests should visit the town of Noto, the seafront of Tonnara di Avola and the fisherman village of Marzamemi. Sicily is beautiful, a wild land with a millennial history impossible to forget at first glance, that will take a special space in your heart.



The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is about 60 kms far away, while Comiso “Pio La Torre” airport is 110 kms far. The train station of Siracusa is 1 km far from Ortigia, as well as the interbus station connected with the airports.
