INDOOR DESCRIPTION

The private entrance leads to an internal courtyard with green areas and covered parking for up to two cars. A few steps guide you to the main entrance, where a welcoming living room opens with wooden ceilings, TV area and large windows framing the breathtaking view of Tavolara. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and all essentials for home-cooked meals.

The villa is arranged on one single floor and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: — 2 double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; — 1 twin bedroom (beds can be joined); — 1 additional bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished in a warm Mediterranean style.

The outdoors are one of the highlights of this property. The magnificent infinity pool with hydromassage (4 seats) overlooks the bay and is perfect for relaxing moments at any time of day. PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT

TOURIST TAX

BOOKING DETAILS

• All Klodge properties are private homes rented under Italian tourist lease regulations (Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Sardinia Region).
• They are not hotels and may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a licensed real estate intermediary specialized in short-term rentals.

CLEANING & ESSENTIAL SERVICES

• Final cleaning and initial linen sets are provided by external specialized companies.
• Related costs are charged to the guest.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT

• After booking, guests must complete the online check-in by uploading ID documents and selfies for all occupants.
• Your data will be treated in accordance with the GDPR Regulation.
• Signing a tourist rental contract is mandatory; the contract is in Italian, with an English courtesy copy provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Key handover and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE DISPOSAL

The area follows a door-to-door recycling system. Guests must use the appropriate bags and properly dispose of all waste before departure.
