This house surrounded by greenery is the perfect retreat for those who want to relax, breathe fresh air, and enjoy every moment of their holiday.
The house offers:
🛋️ A living room with 1 single sofa bed and open kitchen
🛏️ 1 double bedroom + 1 bedroom with 3 single beds
🚿 Comfortable bathroom with shower
🍕 Pergola equipped with gas barbecue and pizza oven
🏊‍♀️ Pool (outdoor shower) shared with the second house on the property "Casa Gialla"
🏊‍♂️ During the pool opening period, guests will also have a pool towel per person 🏖️, to enjoy sunny days and relaxation 🌞. You won't have to worry about a thing, we'll take care of your comfort!
🌿 Large outdoor space and garden to relax or dine under the stars

🛎️ USEFUL INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us via the same channel: we are available every day, from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in total freedom, without restrictions.

🔑 Check-in & Check-out
• 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM

🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY OR LEAVE LATE?
Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
• ✅ Early check-in (from 08:00): €40
• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel and 3 toilet rolls per bathroom

🏊‍♀️ SEASONAL SHARED POOL, open from June 15 to September 15 (dates may vary 📅).

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, there are no food items in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?
• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, linen included.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days
• Children under 15 are exempt
• The tax is not included in the booking price

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We ask that you follow the rules of waste separation
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be applied

We love animals ❤️, but pets are not allowed in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
