"La Visuale" is a charming holiday home with a sea view, located in Marina di Novaglie, a small town on the Adriatic coast, approximately 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.

Recently renovated, the house features one double bedroom and a private outdoor space. It is situated along the coastal road (SP 358), which connects Marina di Novaglie to the Ciolo Bridge and Santa Maria di Leuca.

The property is also part of the Otranto-Santa Maria di Leuca Regional Park, a protected area known for its stunning landscapes, including olive groves, Mediterranean scrub, and dramatic cliffs overlooking the sea.

THE HOUSE

The house covers an area of approximately 35 square meters and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.

It consists of a living room with a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette complete with crockery, pots, and all the essential cooking utensils.

"La Visuale" features a private courtyard, furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a small terrace offering a splendid panoramic view of Marina di Novaglie and the Adriatic coast. The terrace also includes a seating area, the perfect spot to relax outdoors, as well as an outdoor shower.
