Apartment

The apartment is at the ground floor of an historical building facing a small and quiet square in the neighborhood of Santa Croce. Being the square tiny and out of the beaten track the apartment stands in quietness - totally unbothered by the crowd of nearby restaurants and bars.
The apartment was designed by a well known '90s architect and then renewed only few years ago. Many of the furnitures where designed specifically for this home by the architect himself.
The apartment is made of an entrance, a living-room, a main room with double-bed and a mezzanine for wardrobes so to enhance livable space, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchenette. Another mezzanine above the living-room make space for two single beds and an office.

The apartment is loaded with all the amenities needed for the highest level of comfort. In the living-room there is a smart-tv equipped with Netflix in english, together with high speed Wi-Fi internet connection. The kitchen has oven, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. There are also available a washing machine and an iron.

The apartment is especially fresh throughout the whole year – anyway it's equipped with an air conditioning system.

Together with beddings and towels guests will find a toiletry sets with hand-soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

By request it is possible to have an high chair as well as a baby cradle.

Guests will be welcomed by a member of staff available for helping out with any doubt or information needed.
