Nestled in the picturesque neighborhood of Pittulongu, WLofts is a contemporary design holiday home offering privacy, comfort, and spectacular views over the Bados – Mare Rocce coastline. The property consists of a total of 4 independent units with a shared entrance and can accommodate up to 18 guests in total. The outdoor area features a well-maintained garden and a privileged location close to the sea: stepping outside the property, a small beach is reachable in just 100 meters on foot. At 400 meters you will find the beautiful beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo, and within a 1 km radius you can easily reach Il Pellicano, Bados, and Pittulongu. Each unit is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, a dishwasher, oven, and private parking inside the gated property.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

WLofts 14, offering accommodation for up to 5 guests, is located on the first floor and represents one of the most exclusive units within the complex. The bright, modern living area features a sofa bed, TV lounge corner, and a fully equipped designer kitchen with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A large sliding glass door opens onto a beautiful covered veranda with dining table and views over the garden and Tavolara island.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms: a master suite with en-suite bathroom and garden view, and a second double bedroom (convertible into twin beds) with direct access to the terrace. A second bathroom with shower completes the indoor layout. All bedrooms offer spacious wardrobes designed for comfortable long stays. The accommodation also includes a washing machine and a reserved parking space.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The highlight of WLofts 14 is the stunning panoramic rooftop solarium, accessible via a spiral staircase from the veranda. Equipped with a pergola and sun loungers, it offers a breathtaking 180° sea view—from sunrise over Golfo Aranci to sunset glowing behind Tavolara. The covered veranda below, ideal for outdoor dining, adds to the charm of this unique property. A private, landscaped garden completes the outdoor spaces.

WLofts is located in a quiet residential area of detached villas—ideal for a beach holiday in Sardinia without giving up comfort and convenience. The beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo are only 400 meters away, while Olbia’s historic center can be reached in about 15 minutes by car (8 km). The nearest bus stop (Line 4 – Lo Squalo) is just 750 meters away.

Several beachfront restaurants such as Trattoria Rossi, Chiringuito Bados, and Ristorante Lo Squalo are located within 2 km. Don’t miss the magnificent beaches stretching from Golfo Aranci to Porto Rotondo: Cala Sassari, Cala Moresca (with trekking trails), Cala Sabina, and Marinella. Boat trips to the Tavolara – Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area depart from the pier of Porto San Paolo.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT

• If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on usage and charged at the end of the stay.
• A security deposit will be required upon arrival and held on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the bank).
• In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover expenses.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

• Klodge properties are private homes managed under short-term rental laws (Italian Law 431/98, art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 – Region of Sardinia).
• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may show small imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate mediator specialized in short-term rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT

• After booking, guests must complete the online check-in (uploading IDs and selfies for each guest).
• Personal data is processed according to GDPR regulations.
• Signing a tourist rental contract is mandatory. The contract is in Italian; an English courtesy copy is provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys are handed over and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Guests must purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of remaining waste correctly before departure.
