Luxury Villa Malika is a prestigious villa, recently renovated, surrounded by terraces and gardens: an oasis of peace with a wonderful view of the sea. It enjoys refined and modern interiors, which meet the typical Mediterranean style, maintaining the right balance in colors and furnishings. The (heated) Jacuzzi tub with breathtaking views of Capri and Positano cheers its guests throughout the year, offering moments of relax, especially at sunset. Free wi-fi is available throughout the villa. The concierge service and butler service( only in the summertime) is available during the entire stay.





The villa is organized on two levels:



MAIN FLOOR:

• Large panoramic terrace with garden furniture and table for outdoor dining

• Garden area with heated whirlpool (open all year), sea view - heating must be requested in advance. Please note: the pool needs about 24 hours to warm up.

• Relax area, sea view, with deck chairs and outdoor gym

• Sea view living room with direct access to the outdoor terrace, furnished with dining table for 6 people, SMART TV and stereo system

• Large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, steam oven, 8 burners, large refrigerator and ice maker

• 1 double bedroom (KING SIZE bed) with sea view, with private bathroom with bathtub

• 1 service bathroom



LOWER FLOOR (accessible via about 10 steps from the main floor):

• Garden overlooking the sea, furnished with garden furniture

• Cultivated garden

• 1 double bedroom (KING SIZE bed) with private bathroom with shower overlooking the sea and access to the front garden

• 1 double bedroom (KING SIZE bed - it is possible to have two single beds) with private bathroom with shower and access to the front garden



Luxury Villa Malika is located on the west side of Praiano, in a pedestrian street, not far from the town center. The closest way to reach the villa is via a path of about 70 steps, alternating with a typical path. Upon arrival, a porterage service is offered and a freight elevator is available for guests with mobility difficulties. From the house it is possible to reach the center of Praiano, descending about 150 steps, or to use the public transport service: the stop is about 200 meters away. Private parking is available on request, for a fee, and is located about 400 meters from the property, or it is possible to park on the street (we cannot guarantee the availability of the space on the street).



A few minutes walk away there are:

• Bars and restaurants

• Path of the Gods

• Local bus stop to move anywhere in the town (about 200 meters)

• SITA bus stop to move along the Amalfi Coast (about 200 steps)

• Grocery store, butcher and bakery
