The apartment has 5 beds and is located on the third floor, consisting of an entrance to the living room with sofa bed and kitchen, hallway, double bedroom with balcony, bedroom with single bed, bathroom with washing machine and shower, and terrace.

The apartment is air-conditioned, newly built and finished with gress flooring over the entire surface, pvc windows with double glazing, shutters, armored door, video intercom, completely autonomous systems.

Guests can enjoy all the comforts such as air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, oven, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle and, on request, cot and high chair for children.



Custom furniture is unique and also crafted with care and with an attention to detail. Its optimal position allows to have immediate access to the seafront and its cycle path and to all the areas of interest that are close at hand.

The house is at your complete disposal and we\'ve put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you\'re staying for business, whether you are on holiday in the wonderful Riviera delle Palme.

The prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas, air conditioning and wifi; a refundable security deposit of € 100 is required to be paid in cash at check-in.

In the Municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto the tourist tax is applied from 1 June to 15 September, which must be paid at check-in and corresponds to 1 euro per day per person for the first 7 days while children up to 12 years are exempt.



The following optional extra charges are excluded:

- bed linen and towels € 15.00 (fifteen / 00) per person per week, which will be supplied wrapped in order to comply with Covid rules, alternatively it can be procured independently. The beds are provided with mattress covers and pillow covers only.

- cot and high chair € 5.00 (five / 00) each per child per day, up to a maximum of 7 days, from the 8th day they are free.

- Small pets can be accommodated upon notice in advance, for a supplement of € 30.00 (thirty / 00).
