How to collect the keys: -Option ‘Flexibility’: you can pick up the keys at the Hostmate offices, from 11am to 6pm. -Option ‘Make an Appointment’. : from 15:00 you can receive the keys directly at home by making an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration, which we will confirm as soon as possible. Please note that this service is subject to payment and must be made no later than 18:00 on the day prior to arrival.
