At the first floor of a traditional venetian building, the main door opens to a short hallway from which you can get to a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils an accessories, including dishwasher, micro-oven and toaster.

At your pleasure two big double bedrooms, separated by the living area, as well as two bathrooms complete with shower, hairdryer, toilet paper and soap.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating and soundproof windows in all the rooms.

Opening the windows of our apartment you will enjoy the venetian atmosphere at every hour of the day and the view of two beautiful little \'campiello\' (square) and the underlying \'canale\' surmounted by the San Grisostomo bridge.

More over, from the kitchen coffee lovers will be glad to enjoy an authentic Italian espresso made with the moka while looking to the gondolas crossing the \'canale\'.
