This top floor suite is a mere 50 meters from the coast, newly renovated has all the amenities you need. A large glass enclosed sitting room with full views, small cooking area, a large bedroom with king sized bed, a large and modern bathroom, and free Starlink Wi-Fi.

Outside you have a private large terrace with sitting area and off of the living room area is a balcony, both with the same gorgeous sea views!

The entire top floor of the house is yours to use, a large terrace off of the suite and a balcony off the living room. Fully furnished with outdoor eating area, extra seating areas for your comfort and to enjoy the gorgeous sea views.

Inside the suite you will find a small cooking area with a small fridge, induction cooktop, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, air fryer, pots and pans for all your cooking needs. Outside on the terrace is an outdoor sink for dishwashing, a 4 place outdoor dining table, and an outdoor seating area.

There is a garden on the ground floor which is shared, also equipped with an outdoor shower which is available for your use.

This house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, conveniently located on the coast (less than a minute walk) with many walking trails along the water but also within a few minutes walk to a mini market, restaurants and coffee shop/bar.

Within a short walking distance, or a quick drive, you will find yourself at the centre of Torre Santa Sabina where you will find pizzerias, restaurants with local traditional cuisine, seafood restaurants and bars/coffee shops, ice cream parlours, bakery, butcher, ATM, small grocery store and a pharmacy.

Should you be looking to explore, short drives away you will find some amazing cities and beachside communities such as; Ostuni, Nature Reserve of Torre Guaceto, Costa Merlata, there are free beaches and also paid, the coast is a great location for water lovers, bring your own kayaks or boats, the coast is also a great location for undersea explorers alike.

The house is strategic located to cities such as Carovigno, Ostuni, Cisternino, Lorotondo, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Fasano, Castel Del Monte, Trani, Brindisi (Airport), Bari (Airport), Lecce, Torre dell'Orso, Otranto, Porto Cesareo, Gallipoli and so many more.

Additional costs to be paid at the beginning of the stay:

- Air conditioning / heating consumption (rate of 5 € per day, if you choose to use it)

- Extra linen changes during the stay (sheets are provided on the 5th day. Any extra sheets during that time are at each charge of 20€ for the service requested separately ahead of time)

- Pet friendly, small pets may be considered however must be requested prior to booking. An extra cleaning fee will be charged of 20€ per stay.

- City tax 2 € per person over the age of 18 per night. This tax is required to be collected by local state laws and is collected upon check in along with picture identification.
