Guests will have complete private access to the whole Luxury Villa in Italy, including the outside balcony areas, terraces with jacuzzi and gardens with swimming pool. The property is very safe and protected with a gated entrance, for vehicles and pedestrians, to enter you will be given a private code, making it one of the best reasons to book for a holiday home. Inside the villa there are two private car parking spaces available for use during your stay and equipped with an electric charging station. This elegant and clean Sorrento Luxury Villa is complete with the finest amenities such as custom made furniture and key design elements and features that have been taken into consideration throughout.

During your stay, you will have access to:

• Private on-site parking

• Complimentary access to a nearby 5-star hotel’s tennis court and gym, located just 200 meters from the villa

• Beach Club access, subject to availability and at an additional fee

• Complimentary shuttle service with pick-up from a 5-star hotel located 200 meters from the property, taking you directly to the center of Sorrento

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• City Tax: 4€ per night/per adult

• Late Check In cost: 100€ (7.00 pm - midnight)

• Refundable Security Deposit is required upon arrival : 2000€ total

• Parking Fee: 15€ per car, per night

• Pet fee: 20€ per night

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the Villa caused by you or your party during your stay. Please note, upon arrival a security deposit will be required.

Swimming Pool

Please note the Swimming Pool is open from May – October, should you require the pool outside of these dates there will be an additional charge.

Parking

Parking on spot if available for maximum 2 cars - cost €15/ car per night - also equipped with an electric charging station.
