Brand-new apartment with a sea view in a residential area in Capoliveri (Elba Island), it is about 10 minutes walk from the Innamorata beach.
Inside it is composed of a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with shower cabin.
Outside there is a veranda equipped for dining and there's also a space with deckchairs for relaxing outdoors.
The center of Capoliveri is about 3 km from the apartment.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 25 years (aimed at groups of Young People, family welcome)
- air conditioning for a fee, €7 per day on site, on request
- check-in in our offices from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
