The villa of about 100 square metres consists of two double-rooms, a comfortable living room with TV and double sofa-bed, table and chairs for six guests and fursnished kitchen, a full-optional bathroom with bath, laudry and a pretty patio in the hall. The house is at about 2 minutes on foot from the sandy beaches from The Blue Flag sea of Ascea Marina and 5 minutes from Archeological Park of Elea Velia. In the surroundings thre are a pastry, a sandwich bar, a pizzeria, some snack bars and a playground for children.
