Mare del Sud is an exclusive beach villa situated close to Donnalucata, a characteristic fishing village popular for its long golden sandy beaches.

Its position is absolutely privileged, with direct sea and beach access, by stepping through the terrace gate and a short wooden walkway. The villa is also within easy walking distance of some equipped beaches. Ideal for large families or small groups of friends, it includes five cosy double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious living area with kitchen, sitting room and a guest bathroom. These tastefully furnished, comfortable rooms are fitted with air conditioning, internet wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher. The outdoor area, besides the beautiful seafront terrace, includes a second veranda and a bbq area at the back of the house.

Mare del Sud is also a perfect base for visiting the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto, but also Marina di Ragusa with its clubs together with the other places of the Inspector Montalbano series such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and the Donnafugata Castle.
