Apartment

Casa Agazia is a welcoming apartment situated in a central location, at a short distance from the Teatro Massimo of Palermo. It sleeps five people. From Casa Agazia you will have a view of the nearby buildings. Casa Agazia is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a small private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Palermo, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the tourist port. You will find the bus stop at 150 meters (490 feet) and the Mondello beach at 10 km (roughly 6.2 miles).
Casa Agazia is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it by way of an elevator.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Agazia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).

Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the main entrance hall. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through two French doors. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the main entrance hall. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional single folding bed is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the main entrance hall. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
