Ca' Almar is a villa with a modern structure and a welcoming air that enjoys a strategic position, 500 meters from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center of Es Pujols, the heart of the nightlife. The area is quiet and the villa is single but not isolated, plus it has private parking. Simple but with all comforts, the villa has a porch with a table overlooking the garden with wonderful flora and a private swimming pool with relaxation area equipped with deckchairs and sofas. Internally it stands out from traditional village houses but maintains the atmosphere of the island. From the entrance you immediately enter the comfortable living room connected to the kitchen and the three bedrooms, all three double and illuminated by windows and French windows. The two bathrooms are both equipped with shower and toilet, in addition we have an additional external shower. To crown the modernity of this house is the presence of wifi and air conditioning. In the house and in the garden, absolute privacy is guaranteed, and therefore the possibility of practicing naturism.
