Lovely two-room apartment for 2/4 people, located in Lazise, just 1 km from the historic centre and 1.5 km from the beach and lakeside promenade. The apartment is situated in the small and quiet Olivi residential complex consisting of only 12 apartments and equipped with a beautiful swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a large planted garden that allows spending the hottest hours of the day relaxing in the shade of the trees.



The approximately 45 sqm apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette equipped with a gas hob, oven, large fridge, toaster and German coffee machine. The kitchen has an American-style counter with 4 stools where meals can be consumed, there is no table. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate two adults. The living area has air conditioning and satellite TV and overlooks a large covered terrace with a view of the pool and garden, furnished with a table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. Spacious double bedroom with wardrobe and desk for smart working. Bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. A reserved parking space in the garage (dimensions: Length 510 cm, width 225 cm and height 220 cm) and free internet connection are available to guests. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
