Beautiful terraced house on two floors with a private fenced garden, located in a village with a shared swimming pool, at approximately 900mt from the beach. On the ground floor you'll find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, an eating area and a double sofa bed. On the first floor you'll find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious balcony and a full bathroom with a shower box. It's equipped with A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, and one uncovered and numbered parking spot.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
