Cozy apartment located in a private building a few steps from the center equipped with all the necessary comforts, ideal for couples and families for short or long stays located in a quiet and residential area where it is possible to find every shop for every need. Familiar and courteous environment to make your stay unforgettable.

Guests will have at their disposal an apartment equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room with sofa bed (PLEASE COMMUNICATE AFTER BOOKING THE NEED TO HAVE SEPARATE BEDS OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO PREPARE THEM DURING YOUR STAY).

In the apartment there is everything you need: sheets, towels, utensils, kettle and microwave, free Wi-Fi code throughout the entire structure.

For work-related matters, luggage storage is available from 10:00 to 12:00. If and when it is possible to extend the opening hours we will let you know at the moment.
I kindly ask you to respect the check in and check out times for organizational reasons. Thank you.

CHECK-IN TIME IS FROM 2.00 PM TO 8.00 PM
AFTER 8.00 PM CHECK-IN INCLUDES A PAYMENT OF 20.00 EUROS TO BE PAID DURING CHECK IN.

I ALSO WANT TO REMIND OUR GUESTS THAT FOR EVERY STAY THERE IS A "TOURIST TAX" IN FORCE IN ALL ITALIAN CITIES OF 4.00 TO BE PAID AT THE CHECK IN PHASE WITH THE REGISTRATION OF THE IDENTITY DOCUMENT.

The apartment has no problems in case of high water.
