Appartamento Rosetta is a three-roomed holiday home, located a few steps from the beach of Lido Marini, on the Ugento coast .

conditioning, washing machine, TV, satellite decoder, satellite dish.
The fully fenced holiday home offers up to 5 beds . Pets are allowed pets with little extras.

The holiday home Appartamento Rosetta is located in the lively town
center Lido Marini, a seaside resort on the Ugento coast, on the Ionian
Sea. The promenade from which all the most beautiful sandy beaches start
is located just 250 meters from the house.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
