Catarì is a house on the first and second floor of an historic building in the city center of Polignano a Mare. The house has a furnished terrace, Wi-Fi and air conditioning, it is about 450 m far from the famous Lama Monachile beach and it can accommodate up to 4 people.

Catarì is a house located on the first and second floor of a historic building in tuff stone. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a living room equipped with a French sofa bed. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the second floor, where there is a kitchen with induction hobs, electric oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher and table with wooden chairs. There is also another bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a terrace with outdoor table and chairs.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
