Apartment

Apartment on the third and last floor, without a lift typical of all historic Venetian buildings. It is very large and bright with a charming view over the roofs of the city.

In the historic building, were mainly Venetian families live. The brand new kitchen has all the essential accessories for breakfast and cooking. The spaces are enriched with modern furniture expertly combined with furniture in Venetian style and paintings by Venetian painters. In the bathroom there is both a shower and a bathtub, and a bidet. One room can be used for storing bulky suitcases.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, central heating, 2 sofa beds, 1 TV, wifi. The San Francesco area is among the most genuine of the city, the least contaminated by mass tourism. Near the apartment there is a supermarket, small traditional groceries and local shops that are unique in Venice. A few steps from the apartment there are typical bacari, taverns and very nice restaurants.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment.
