Villa Ortensia A is a characteristic and welcoming apartment located right on the beach. It sleeps six people. From Villa Ortensia A you will enjoy an enchanting view of the beach and of the sea. Villa Ortensia A is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Santa Maria di Castellabate, a few steps from restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 550 meters (1800 feet) and the closest beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet).
Villa Ortensia A is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 36 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ortensia A. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved). Alternatively, you can park along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe. You will reach it from the villa without having to climb any steps. The access to the sea is shared with non-resident guests.
 Living Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine.
