The cozy cottage is located only 100 mt far from the acclaimed beach  named “Cala Caterina”. 

This is a split level house that includes on the lower floor a cool basement equipped with a living room with kitchenette, 1  double bedroom, a bathroom and a small laundry room. 

The intermediate floor is fitted with a TV room and a comfortable single sofa bed that can  accommodate the sixth guest. The first floor features the second bathroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 double bedroom both with a small private balcony. The property provides guests with a covered parking space and a beautiful veranda furnished with sofas and a large barbecue ideal place to relax and chill.

Additional costs will be payed only in cash at check in:

Final cleaning fee: € 160.00 (mandatory)

Cost of supplying bed linen - bath towels: € 17.00 per person (only if requested and booked in advance)

-Check in after 21.00 available at a cost of 50€ (available on request)

-Tourist Tax is compulsory in cash at the check in

1,00€ for night for person from 01/05 to 30/09

0,50€ for night for person from other season

A maximum of one small dog will be allowed per booking. 50€
