The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including Oven, Fridge.



Balcony

The balcony surrounds the large open space living room and the deluxe bedroom. It has two little tables and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. You will also find the second bathroom and laundry facilities, including a washing machine. You are very welcome to enjoy your breakfast and dinner in the comfort of your own privacy in the apartment should you prefer not to dine outside.



Guest Access

This cosy and central apartment, that is on the 1st floor of a building in Sorrento Old Town, is a few steps walking from the Villa Comunale and beaches of Sorrento, Tasso’s Square and all the main attractions of the city. The apartment is in a great location to see every part of the city walking distance and close to public transportation, if you are planning to Visit Positano, Amalfi Coast and Capri. You will have full access to the apartment and no areas will be shared with others so you will have complete privacy and security. It is perfect for guests who want to live in the city of Sorrento in a central location, the neighborhood super safe, perfectly located and one block from the main street Corso Italia.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• Cleaning Fee: 120€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Pets Fee: 20€ per pet, per night

• Late check in Fee: 50€ (from 7pm to midnight)



Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.



Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
