Spacious and comfortable apartment located on the first floor with lift of a building dating back to the 60s, consisting of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, which can be converted into a queen size bed, and wardrobe, and one of the two bedrooms also features a desk.

The living room with kitchenette is very bright thanks to two large windows and is furnished with a dining table, TV and French sofa bed; the kitchenette is new and comes with an electric oven and fridge.

The bathroom (also dating back to the 60s but in great conditions) has a window and is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The apartment is angular and thus very bright, thanks to a balcony that embraces the whole apartment, offering a very particular view: it overlooks the historic Filadelfia Stadium, whose stands are clearly visible, and has a beautiful view of the hill and Superga.



The neighborhood is commercial, with shops and supermarkets a few steps from home and well served by public transport (in 15/20 minutes by bus you can easily reach the historic center). The Pala Alpitour, venue for concerts and events, is only 700 meters away. It is an ideal accommodation for families or small groups traveling by car, thanks to the possibility of free parking in the area.

The wonderful city of Turin, capital of Piedmont and known for its chocolate, offers countless opportunities and experiences. The city is known for its refined architecture, in fact there are sumptuous Baroque buildings to admire overlooking Turin’s squares, like Piazza Castello and Piazza San Carlo. In the old town stands the Mole Antonelliana, one of the symbols of Italy, with the Royal Palace of Turin and Madama Palace. Turin offers attractions for every taste, from outdoor activities to gastronomy. For a walk in the greenery breathing the scent of flowers, guests can enjoy the Turin Botanical Garden located on the left side of the Po river, and the famous Valentino Park near the old town. Today the province is considered the best Italian centre as regards chocolate processing, and every year the “Cioccolatò” event is inaugurated with parties, events and tastings. For a tasting of typical Piemontese dishes, do not miss Solferino and Consorzio restaurants.



Turin Caselle airport is just 20 km from the apartment, while Turin Porta Nuova station is located around 3.5 km away.
