Donna Lisa is a ground floor house in the city center of Polignano a Mare, about 150m from the central square, 400m from the enchanting old town overlooking the sea and 500m from the famous town beach of Lama Monachile. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning and can accommodate up to 3 people.

Donna Lisa is a house on the ground floor consisting of a living room kitchen with 2 gas hobs, one with 4 burners and one with 2 burners in the fracassé, electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine, sink, wooden table with 6 chairs and a sofa bed. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub and a small room where there is a shower box.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
