In the beautiful Salento town of Torre Mozza, between Lido Marini and Torre San Giovanni, there is a lovely apartment with a sea view less than 50 meters away from the beautiful beach. Torre Mozza is one of the most famous towns in the south of Salento for its crystal clear sea and its fine sand full of shells. The accommodation is in an extremely convenient location because, in addition to having the sea and the beach just a few steps away, it has all the most important services right under the house, including a minimarket, tobacconist and the small square where the characteristic tower enchants.
The house has a well-furnished seafront balcony from which you can observe the sea and the entire square below the house. Inside there is a large and bright living room with sofa, TV and a small kitchen with oven, equipped with every utensil. From here, sitting comfortably on the sofa, you can enjoy a unique view of the sea and the surrounding beach. The sleeping area has two bedrooms, one double and the other with a double bed, this one very spacious. Finally, a bathroom complete with shower and washing machine.
Please note that there is only one air conditioner in the corridor of the sleeping area facing the bedrooms and that cools the entire environment.
There are mosquito nets on the windows.
There is a parking space under the apartment.
We inform you that there is a bar near the accommodation that could broadcast music in the evening hours.
The presence of the bar does not cause particular inconvenience, but we believe it is useful to point it out for transparency.
Internet on consumption available on request with a surcharge.
