The house is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature, with a spacious garden with a suggestive sea view, equipped with table and chairs for eating outdoors, as well as a barbecue area available to guests. In the nearby Marina di Campo, every attraction for those who want to have fun and enjoy the town's nightlife, among the numerous restaurants and clubs that characterize the town's seafront. The nearby white sand beach is the largest on the island and is suitable for families with children. A few kilometers away are the most famous of Elba, Cavoli and Fetovaia and all the splendid beaches that mark the western coast, called Costa del Sole.
The house is ideal for 6 people, entirely on the ground floor and consists of a double bedroom, a double bedroom with private bathroom, a bedroom with double pull-out bed, a second bathroom. On the south side there is a large living room with sitting area, fireplace, a dining corner with single sofa bed, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen.
