The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable full bathroom with shower, a bright living room - kitchen area with a sofa bed overlooking the balcony (5 m x 1.8 m), and an open mezzanine. The mezzanine is furnished with two single beds which can be converted into a double bed. The minimum height of the mezzanine is 150 cm, and the maximum height is 190 cm. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning/heating (heat pump) in the kitchen, living room area, bedroom and mezzanine. It has a very convenient private parking space, especially in July and August, when it is more difficult to find free parking in public areas. In the summer period (from June 15th to September 15th) the swimming pool is open in a quiet green area of ​​the residence. There is always the presence of a lifeguard and the deck chairs are free.
The Petralana Residence is in Porto Rotondo, a few steps away from the Mare Mare free shuttle bus stop which connects all the main places of interest in Porto Rotondo. Public transport is managed by Aspo https://www.aspo.it/, line 5 connects Porto Rotondo with Olbia and Porto Istana. A car is necessary to visit the beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
