In the heart of the historical centre, this bright apartment located in a typical venetian palace of the seventeenth century offers an awesome private rooftop terrace, 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Let me describe the apartment: it’s easily accessible thanks to a fast elevator. Heating and AIR CONDITIONING are independently and options can be set accordingly to guests preferences. Fast internet WIFI connection is provided.



The apartment is at the third floor of a seventeenth century Venetian Palace (with elevator) and has two floors. At the first floor a large living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with whirlpool shower. At the second floor, a mesterbedroom with a double bed, two single bedrooms, the second bathroom with whirlpool shower and the access of the rooftop terrace. The wooden beams in every rooms are typical of Venice.



The apartment can be rent independently (4 people) or together with the bordering apartment Ca Grimani View and Comfort (8 people in total)



Int he apartment you will find also an internet tv, a washing machine, a dish washer, iron and hairdryer.

LOCATION :



Dorsoduro is a great area to start exploring the city. Most of the important museums (Peggy Guggenheim collection, Gallerie dell’Accademia, Punta della Dogana – François Pinault Foundation) and churches (Basilica dei Frari, Madonna della Salute) are here. Close to the apartment one of the top must-see: the Squero di San Trovaso, a still-functioning workshop for the manufacture of gondolas, the last of its kind.



Don’t miss the chance to enjoy the Zattere promenade with a good ice-cream or to taste the local food in the characteristic restaurants of the surroundings. Local shops and supermarkets are close and esay to find.



Saint Mark’s square is 10 minutes walking from the apartment and the closeness to the waterbus stop Accademia will simplify your stay.
