About This Property
The Palace founded in the early twentieth century by the wealthy textile merchant Emanuele Trebalate is located in the lower part of the city, within walking distance of many attractions such as the Cathedral of S. Pietro the birthplace of Salvatore Quasimodo, the Palazzo della Cultura the church of Carmine.
From the balcony, guests will enjoy a splendid view.
A common area will welcome guests inside the structure: consisting of a living room with a sitting area equipped with a 40-inch TV and an open kitchen with oven.

Living room from the early 1900s, carefully restored, kitchen with patchwork in patchwork of 19th century majolica, Palermo cementite flooring, photos and period paintings and parts of the Sicilian Smeg big-size refrigerator cart in 1950s style.

"San Pietro" room:
Original Sicilian furniture from the 1900s, Murano blown glass chandelier, mattress on size, vintage Palermo cementite floor, hot / cold air conditioning, private bathroom for exclusive use in the room, with the possibility of adding a single bed, the bedroom San Pietro overlooks the central square of Modica.
The "San Giorgio" room:
welcomes the guest through a hallway; the furniture and floors in style with the house, the double bed (which can be divided into two single beds) and the bathroom in the room will give the guest the refined relaxation.
original Sicilian furniture from the 1900s, floor in vintage Palermo cement tiles, ensuite bathroom with adjustable hot / cold air conditioning.
