The price is inclusive of all utilities, initial and final cleaning, sheets and towels. Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters, bicycles and ferries. Less than 20 meters you can find shops, bars and grocery stores. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.
