My house is of recent construction, rehalized in stone as inspired by the traditional architecture of the Mani. It is situated between Agios Nicholaos and Pigi at 180 m above sea level, about 40 km from Kalamata airport and enjoys an extraordinary view over the bay of the Messinian gulf. Within 30 km, between Agios Nicholaos and Kardamili, you can find clear sand beaches, pebbles and inlets with turquoise sea water.
The house has 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture is modern and the house has large outdoor spaces with private parking, solarium and swimming pool for exclusive use.

The location is ideal for those who need silence and rest and for those who want to reach the nearest beach (Pantazis) in ten minutes.
