Nonna Carmela Apartment is a newly renewed apartment located in an old mansion house ever 400 years old and totally built in local volcanic stone.
This cozy and comfortable apartment is located just a few minutes walking to the center of Sant 'Agata sui due Golfi, a top hill village overlooking the Sorrento coast on one side and the Amalfi coast on the other one, and where in the summertime you can enjoy a marine breeze coming directly from the Mediterranean sea.
The public bus stops to reach the very famous resorts of both coasts are just a couple of minutes walking away. Nonna Carmela apartment is located indeed in a strategic position in order to easily reach Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples on one side and Positano, Amalfi and Ravello on the other side. Once in Sorrento or Positano you can enjoy a boat ride to the Mediterranean jewel of Capri.
The hilly area of Sant’Agata also gives you the opportunity of joining local farm to experience local meals, cooking classes, mozzarella tasting as well as wine tasting.
Furthermore the center of Sant’Agata sui due Golfi offers easy opportunities of joining restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, and wine bars! If you need to buy food during the day there are grocery shops, supermarkets, butchers and fishmongers; banks and a post office are also available during working hours.
Nonna Carmela Apartment is composed of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with shower; in one of the bathrooms you find a washing machine. By the entrance, just outside the dining room there is a real pizza oven where you can try to make your own pizza! The kitchen is a gas one with an electrical oven; furthermore in the kitchen you find any tool you may need to cook; you also find a microwave oven, a kettle and a toaster. From the window of the kitchen you can enjoy a panoramic sea view of the Marina del Cantone.
