The villa is located in the countryside, but is only one km from the sea.
It is in a quiet area, but not isolated.
The gaze extends to the sea and the landscape evokes feelings of peace and relaxation.
It is also suitable for large groups who wish to spend their holidays together, respecting the privacy of each family.
The houses are air conditioned and have a covered veranda. The house is surrounded by lawn.
The swimming pool (13 × 6) with children's area completes the feeling of well-being.
