The house has been renovated this year and is completely new. It is immersed in an orchard and orange grove. It consists of a large and inviting living room-kitchen with a comfortable sofa, next to it there is a very large bathroom. A staircase leads to a bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. There is the possibility to connect to the Internet, air conditioning, heating, flat screen TV, bicycles available. Outside a large patio-solarium where you can relax and possibly have meals. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. State highway 113, the Lascari railway station, are also nearby, from which you can easily reach Palermo and nearby Cefalù and all the villages that can be reached by rail. There is also a van that reaches the beach. There are two renowned beaches nearby: Salinelle and Gorgolungo. At about 500 meters there is a hypermarket, tobacconists, bars, restaurants at about 1 km. The area is fairly ventilated and cool. You will be pampered and I will let you taste the fruits of my garden.
