When I bought the house I immediately had the feeling of "feeling good" in the newly chosen location. Not only did I feel the feeling of privacy and comfort inside the house but I was immediately able to appreciate all the benefits and comforts that the neighborhood offers.
The house offers absolute privacy. Equipped with a double view: both on the internal courtyard side where a remarkable silence reigns, an ideal place to sip a good coffee in the morning and enjoy the sun that illuminates the whole house, and on the Piazza Testaccio side where the living area of the apartment develops. From here you can admire the beautiful Fontana delle Anfore (1927) and immerse yourself in the real life of the neighborhood by simply looking out the window and observing the rhythm of passersby or the amazement of tourists on vacation.
Every business is located around the beautiful Piazza Testaccio. All public bodies (banks, post offices) and every type of shop are close at hand. In the evening, the various and excellent night clubs, music and restaurants, are crowded with people of all ages. The area is connected with any means of transport both to move around the city and to reach airports and railway stations.
