Il Nido di Alice is a unique house of its kind, where luxury and simplicity alternate, with a breathtaking view of the lake. In one of the most suggestive positions of Lake Garda, near the ancient Padenghe castle, the house stands out for its attention to detail and comfort. It is very bright with a large terrace equipped with a comfortable dining table and relaxation area. Shared swimming pool also with panoramic views.

The property includes a large garage which in addition to the car can accommodate sports equipment. The apartment is about 90 square meters (excluding the terrace and the garage)

Guests have access to the entire property with the possibility of reaching up to 6 beds (with an increase on the daily price) thanks to a second communicating apartment located on the ground floor.

You will be welcomed on arrival and we will always be available for any need during your stay.
It is recommended that all people, including the youngest children, have an identity document which must be shown at the entrance to the accommodation and a copy will be sent, within 24 hours of arrival, to the Brescia Police Headquarters, as a rule of National law.

Il Nido di Alice is located in a suggestive location surrounded by greenery, on top of the hill overlooking Padenghe, a 5-minute walk from the castle and a few steps from the historic center.

From here there are lovely WALKS or CYCLING routes through marked stages.

Two of the main GOLF COURSES on Lake Garda are very close:

- Arzaga Golf Club (2.6 kilometers)
- Garda Golf (5.7 kilometers)

The house is only 8 kilometers from the A4 Milan-Venice motorway exit in
Desenzano del Garda.

The lake and tourist attractions are easily accessible by car.
