Adjacent to the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the apartment is strategically located close to Via Cavour so it allows you to walk to Termini Station (550 meters), the first railway terminal of the capital, the junction of the subway lines A (to Piazza of Spain and St. Peter's Square), and B (to Colosseum, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus) and major urban bus station in Rome that allow you to reach any point of the city. Moreover, Termini Station is connected to Fiumicino Airport by the non-stop train "Leonardo Express" which takes 32 minutes.
From the apartment you can also walk 10 minutes to the most important archaeological and artistic sites of the city: Colosseum, Imperial Forums, Domus aurea, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Basilica of San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo's Moses, just to name a few .

IMPORTANT: as required by the regulations in force in Rome you must pay a "tourist tax" of € 3.50 per person per night in cash on arrival (except for children under 10 years old). For stays longer than 10 nights the tax is not due from the eleventh night.

Check-in: from 3:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m. (for arrivals after 10:00 p. m. you have to pay an extra € 20).
Check-out: by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
