The equipped kitchen leads to the private porch, equipped with a table and chairs for guaranteed relaxation. This apartment is particularly suitable, thanks to the fact that it is located on the ground floor, for elderly, disabled or small children.
The kitchen is equipped with a small fireplace suitable for wood cooking. Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso and American coffee maker, toaster, dishes and basic detergents.

All apartments are equipped with heating, TV, Wifi and safe.
Each apartment is equipped with a cot with bars for children while the high chair is available on request.
