Kitchen and Dining Area

The brand new Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials including Oven, Fridge, Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster and more. The Dining Area is complete with Table and Chairs for up to 6 Guests.



Private Balcony

You can also make use of the Private Balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast with Sea and Vesuvius View, it is complete with two chairs and a table.



Guest Access

Guests will have complete private access to the whole apartment which is located on the fourth floor in a building with an elevator or staircase. Private and Secure parking is also available off-site for an extra fee.



Other details to note

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• Cleaning fee: 100€ per stay

• City tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Late check in Fee: 50€ (from 7pm - midnight)



Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.



Parking

There is paid parking available off site located close by to the apartment, which is 25€ per night.
