Stone walls, large glass openings overlooking the pool, the charm of the wooden roof and mezzanine area, LED lighting and stylish furnishings create a unique experience where the authenticity of the ancient skillfully blends with modernity and comfort some details.

You will enjoy a large and luxuriant garden with ornamental plants, 2,000 m2 of lawn shaded by olive trees, a large salt water swimming pool (12 x 6 m) plus a portion of the shallow pool (50 cm) for the smaller ones (4 x 4 m) with whirlpool, solarium, outdoor shower, dressing room, barbecue area, private parking. The coveted destinations of Western Sicily such as San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo, Baglio di Scopello, Erice, Trapani, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, Marsala, the Stagnone Saline Nature Reserve, Segesta, Selinunte, can be reached in just under one hour by car. Palermo's Falcone-Borsellino (PMO) airport, the nearest airport, is just 15 minutes away. Trapani Vincenzo Florio Airport (TPS), easily accessible via the A29 motorway, is about 50 km away.
