Casa Ionica is a holiday home with direct access to the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna,
on the ionian coast in the Alto Salento. The house is large and
equipped veranda, is equipped with air conditioning and a washing
machine. Home of the Ionian accommodates up to 10 people.

for those who dream of waking up every morning on the beach, Casa Jonica is located at the end of a path that leads to the sea. The villa
is fenced and equipped with video surveillance system. The gate that
gives access to an equipped outdoor area, from which it passes to the porch overlooking the sea. Here the veranda, with direct access to the beach,
is furnished with a table and chairs for dining outdoors, and with
outdoor living room to enjoy spectacular sunsets over the sea.
The
interior rooms of the Casa Jonica are airy and bright, furnished with
simplicity and perfect as a holiday home on the beach. The house opens
with a large living room: here there are 2 sofas, double bed,
fireplace and relaxation corner with tv plus dining room. Adjacent to
the living-room there is a kitchenette well-equipped, where there is
also the washing machine.
From the living room you pass to the night area composed of two bedrooms: 1 double and 1 quadruple with
a double bed and two single beds. Complete the interiors and a bathroom
with shower. Outside there is a courtyard equipped with a battery and
an external shower, which leads to the second bath with shower service,
no sink. Casa Jonica is with air conditioning in the living room.

Casa Jonica is located on the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna,
at the end of a cul-de-sac a short distance from the centre of the
resort, about 1 km, where there are all the main services. Stretch the
front of the house is a free beach, while the first equipped beaches are
located just a few steps, walking directly on the shore. Among the
other destinations in the Salento, famous for the sea, Porto Cesareo is located only 20 km away.



 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- One bathroom is outside and has no shower. 
- Air conditioner in the living room.
- Water not drinkable.
