Renovated studio apartment of 40 m2 on the sixth floor of a residence with swimming pool and lifts. The terrace overlooks the ocean and the El Saladar Nature Reserve, which is bordered by a cycle path and for jogging on the promenade of a beautiful and very long golden beach.

It consists of a living room with a comfortable kitchen corner sofa (electric hob, fridge, oven); sleeping area separated by a wall and a roller blind with double bed and wardrobe; bathroom with shower, bidet and window; terrace overlooking the ocean equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. Other services: Wi-Fi, TV (channels in Spanish, German, English), safe, hairdryer, sheets, blankets, towels, washing machine.

It is designed to accommodate two people, possibly also for a third person on the sofa.

Just after leaving the residence, after crossing the road, the pedestrian road begins which leads to the beach, beyond the Nature Reserve, about 250 m and which continues towards the old town. On the beach there is a bar and a small equipped beach area.

Just outside the residence you can find many shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies. The first supermarket is a 1 minute walk away. In front of the residence a pedestrian street leads to the beach and the path that leads to Morro Jable, a beautiful and suggestive old fishermen village, where you can taste fresh fish on the terraces overlooking the sea. Nearby is the tourist office and you can also rent cars, bicycles or water sports equipment, you can also take lessons and book excursions or boat trips.

If you want to spend a relaxing beach holiday you don't need a car, because Morro Jable is connected to the airport by public transport or with the shuttle service, and the bus stop is nearby.
Some tourist sites can be reached by bus and many excursions can be made. You are also on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and all services are very close.

If you want to discover the secrets and wild beauty of the island it can be useful to rent a car, car rentals are available at low prices and you can easily find free parking around the residence.

From the city, excursions can be made by car to the beaches on the eastern (leeward) and western (barlovento) slopes, in particular the wild Cofete beach.

The bus stop is located across the street in front of the residence. Tiadhe is the public transportation company on the island for the main destinations on the island.
