INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The apartment is located on the first floor and features warm wooden ceilings and refined finishes. Indoor spaces are functional and welcoming: a living room with dining area and relaxation corner opens onto the panoramic veranda, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and everything needed for extended stays. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with balcony and sea view, a second twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The property accommodates up to four guests.

The covered veranda is the property’s highlight—a perfect spot for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing evenings while enjoying the scenery. A private covered parking space completes the amenities.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A security deposit will be required upon arrival and held on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (processing times vary by bank).
• Any damage or violation of the rules may result in partial or full retention of the deposit.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

• As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may feature minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialising in short-term tourist rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

• Online check-in is mandatory (document and selfie upload for each guest).
• Data processing complies with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed in Italian; an English courtesy copy is provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE DISPOSAL

A door-to-door separate waste collection system is in place. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste before departure.
