INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Villa Bados 8 features approximately 120 sqm of living space designed for comfort and functionality. The covered veranda, furnished for outdoor meals, leads to an airy living room equipped with a dining table and TV corner. The separate kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer and washing machine. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower), a twin bedroom with two single beds, and an additional double bedroom. A second bathroom, located along the hallway, is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Thanks to the villa’s proximity to the sea, a pleasant marine breeze keeps the interior naturally ventilated.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The villa is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden partially shared with a second unit. The east-facing veranda is ideal for relaxing outdoors at any time of day, while the private courtyard offers two reserved parking spaces.

Villa Bados 8 is located in one of the most appreciated coastal areas near Olbia, where essential services can be reached within a short walk: supermarket, fish shop, bakery, restaurants, cafés and convenience stores. The N4 bus stop, directly in front of the property, connects Bados with Olbia’s historic center and nearby beaches with frequent departures. Several beachfront kiosks offer pleasant evening options to enjoy local dishes and drinks. Within a short drive you can reach Pittulongu, Mare e Rocce, Bados, Cala Banana and the beaches near Golfo Aranci.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorized on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release times vary depending on the bank).
• In case of damages or violations of the house rules, part of the deposit may be retained.

FINAL CLEANING & ESSENTIAL SERVICES

The cost of final cleaning and the initial linen set is not included in the base rate and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available upon request.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

• Klodge accommodations are private properties rented as holiday homes under Law 431/98 and art. 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia.
• Being private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may feature minor imperfections without affecting functionality.
• Klodge is a licensed real estate intermediary specialized in short-term holiday rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & RENTAL AGREEMENT

• Online check-in is mandatory for all guests (document and selfie upload required).
• Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• A holiday rental agreement must be signed in Italian; an English courtesy copy is provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys are collected at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from the Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

The municipality uses a door-to-door waste sorting system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of all waste correctly before departure.
