INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Located on the ground floor, the apartment features well-lit and welcoming interiors. The covered veranda, equipped with a lounge area and dining table, extends the living space and is perfect for relaxing outdoors while enjoying the sea breeze. Inside, the living room includes a sofa, TV and a functional kitchenette with refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms furnished with care, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Belvedere Suites G includes a private fenced garden with a lawn, ideal for families or for enjoying open-air moments in complete privacy. The residence also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, perfect for alternating between days at the beach and moments of relaxation within the complex. Access is subject to condominium regulations, and guests are advised to check opening dates and times. A reserved parking space is available near the entrance.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
• The amount will be released automatically at the end of the stay (processing times vary depending on the bank).
• In case of damages or violations of the house rules, a partial or full deduction may be applied.

FINAL CLEANING AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES

Final cleaning and the initial linen set are not included in the base price and will be charged separately. Extra linen changes are available on request.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

• All Klodge accommodations are private properties rented for tourist use under Italian Law 431/98 and Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia Region).
• Being private homes, they may show minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Klodge is a licensed real estate intermediary specialised in short-term rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT

• Online check-in is mandatory and requires uploading documents and a selfie for each guest.
• Data is processed in compliance with the GDPR Regulation.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed (in Italian). A courtesy English copy will be provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.

Standard check-in: 16:00 – 20:00.

Late check-in fees:

• 20:00 – 23:00 → €40
• 23:00 – 01:00 → €60
• After 01:00 → subject to approval only
