Well maintained and renovated villa with outdoor space ideal for outdoor dining. Located in the central area of Torre Lapillo, the house has two double bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, bathroom. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning, outdoor shower, mosquito nets.

The accommodation has a living room equipped with a sofa bed and an outdoor area where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors.

- Bed linen and towels: bed linen and towels are not included, the cost is € 10 per person per week (towels and sheets).
- Check-in: we are available for check-in until 20:00; from 20:00 to 24. 00 you will be charged an extra cost of € 20.00; from 24:00 onwards you will be charged an extra cost of € 40.00;
- Check-out: the accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed)
- Lease agreement: at the time of check-in, the lease agreement relating to your holiday will be signed.
- Payment of the tourist tax: the Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax is payable upon entry into the property: the tax is equal to € 1.00 per day per person; the tax is applied up to a maximum of n. 7 consecutive nights; NOTE: certain subjects are exempted from paying the tax, including: a) minors up to the day of their 16th birthday; b) the elderly from the day of their 70th birthday.
